Born and raised in Florida, Rob Christie has enjoyed over 20 years in the hospitality industry cultivating a passion for wine and a true desire to share that passion with others. As a court of master sommeliers sommelier, Rob carries an intimate knowledge of both place and taste that easily translates to both the casual enthusiast and the avid collector. He believes that enjoying wine can be emotional and transformative at times, but it must always be fun!
Chef Luis Mendez considers that, while cooking is his profession, it is his life’s passion. He creates our menu standards as well as weekly specials that spotlight tastes of the season, always with thoughtfully-sourced ingredients and local produce. A native of Puerto Rico, he joins us in Orlando after 15 years of wowing Milwaukee diners with his take on fresh seafood, meats and vegetables.
Bistro Manager Russell Isenberg focuses upon healthy options to help people maximize their energy and make the most of every day. He’s our resident expert on booster shots, elixirs and all the foods that combat disease. He’s a recent arrival from Atlanta, where he was the operations manager for Living Foods Institute.
Owner Deborah Linden has been an innovative entrepreneur her entire career. After over 30 years in the vacation ownership industry, she turned her focus to hospitality paired with incredible wines and foods that emphasize healthy lifestyles. Her vision is to develop a network of services that provide social engagement, tremendous value and personal improvement through daily lifestyle alternatives. She is partnering with companies and individuals that share this same commitment to community and individuals.
